Andrew has a theory about Wikipedia

Andrew has another one of his unproven theories

Wikipedia has been under the control of the spam fighters here for a
decade. If Spamhaus wants content removed...it is removed. If a
Nanaer wants content edited...it is edited. If anyone changes it,
they are banned from Wikipedia and it is returned to it's form as the
spam fighters as it to be. That is apparent when you read the way the
content is written.

This guy hosted a site to complain about scams...

I went to contact a hosting company that I have a lot of respect for,
asking them if I could host a site on there server (and then also use
their DDOS protection if/when I get attacked). I gave them an example
of the site it was similar to, and they gave me this response (I
blanked out the names of the sites):
Let me add to what Ryan said because I had personal experience with
hosting [site].

The people that didn't want [site] online actually attacked us
personally (our families, friends, etc) and posted pictures of our
kids and our addresses online for all to see. They also sent out spam
emails with my personal information as the return contact for viagra
medication.

We can handle the DDOS .. This I'm not worried about. But to be
truthful and honest with you I don't feel comfortable with hosting
your site AT ALL. If [trait of my website] it causes problems and if
that is how you run your site its probably going to cause the same
problems for us.

What I'm doing is completely legal, and the government has no problem
with it. It's just what I'm doing attracts more hate than most hosts
are willing to work with.

If anybody has any recommendations for a good bulletproof cloud
hosting provider or a good bulletproof dedicated server provider I
would really appreciate it.

Most bulletproof providers come off as being very sketchy companies,
so I'd like to use one that somebody else has had success with.

Thanks!

The Country of Georgia required BP Hosting during attacks from Russia:

So, the content that one of the Nanaers probably added to Wikipedia is
not all-inclusive as to reasons to use BP Hosting. Besides, the
reasons are irrelevant if it is not spam.
